Introducing UPOL Barcoat Quick Drying Isolator Sealer Primer 1L

UPOL Barcoat is a quick drying yellow oxide isolator/sealer. Ideal for restoration work. Prevents lifting and bleeding of existing paint film sensitive to solvent attack when over-coated with cellulose or paint containing strong solvents. Can be applied to the following surfaces:

• Ready for use
• One coat
• No need to sand
• Overcoat with a suitable primer in 1 hour

Application:

• Tools required:Degreaser / Abrasives /HVLP Gravity Gun / Painters Overalls
• To achieve best results, good preparation is essential
• Firstly, degrease with U-POL Pre cleaner (S2000, S2001 or S2002)
• Following this, abrade the surface
• Original cured paint: wet flat with P400
• GRP, SMC, Glass fibre, Polyester Filler: dry flat with P180
• Before applying primer, clean lightly once more with SYSTEM 20 Degreasers and dry thoroughly
• BARCOAT should be over-coated with primer/surfacer
• BARCOAT should not be sanded before application of further coats of paint
