Orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched same working day.
Orders placed on Power-TEC items will be dispatched either by us or directly from Power-TEC. Items from Power-TEC are occasionally ordered in which is why we state a longer delivery timeframe. In the case of urgency, we usually have alternatives in stock ready to be shipped out.
We use a range of couriers to ensure your items reach you in good time. Some of the couriers we use include Royal Mail, Evri, DPD and Parcel Force. Delivery for most items is aimed between 2-3 working days with the exception of items sent with DPD which are automatically next working day. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and there may be delays out of our control e.g., Industrial strikes, extreme weather conditions, bank holidays etc.

Returns
Items can be returned within 28 days of your purchase. However, if an item arrives damaged, this must be returned to us ASAP. In the very unlikely case that an item arrives damaged, customers must provide us with images of the packaging and product. If we do not receive a message regarding this within 7 days of delivery, then a full refund cannot be guaranteed.
Items must be unused and sealed, returned in the original packaging. Upon receipt of your return, items will be examined before a refund can be issued. You will be notified whether you are entitled to a full refund which will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Returns shipping is paid by the customer unless the item(s) received arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
*Please note that custom mixed paints and aerosols cannot be returned.
