Introducing UPOL #2 Weld Through Primer Copper Rich 450ml

UPOL #2 Weld is a high adhesion, super conductive primer offering excellent rust protection when applied to suitably prepared panels prior to SPOT, MIG and TIG welding.

Key Features:

• Fast drying speeds up the welding process
• High concentration of zinc or copper in the dry film
• Corrosion resistant
• Substrates: Direct to metal / Aluminium / Galvanised

Application:

• Tools required: System 20 Degreaser / MAXIMUM Abrasives
• Firstly, ensure the surface is thoroughly cleaned, degreased, dried and dust free
• Then, abrade wet or dry with 180-240, degrease and dry.
• Shake the aerosol can for at least 2 minutes before use
• 1 – 2 coats at a distance of approx. 25 cm from the surface.
• Applying more than 2 coats increases dry time.
