UPOL System 20 is a high quality acrylic solid colour for direct application over U-POL primers. Easy to polish when cured by air, low baked or I.R. cured. Available in two colours: Solid Gloss Black and Solid Brilliant White.

• High build UV resistant coating
• Excellent hiding power, gloss and long term durability
• Has excellent gloss and long term durability
• For use with S2030 and S2032 hardeners
• Can be easily polished once cured

Application:

• Tools needed: SYSTEM 20 Degreaser /HVLP Gravity Gun /MAXIMUM Abrasives /MAXIMUM Painters Overalls
• Standars mixing application ratio 2:1
• Substrate Preparation:
• Suitably cured primed surface or original paint
• To achieve the best results, good preparation is always essential. Degrease with U-POL Precleaner (S2000, S2001 or S2002). Abrade the surface:
• Original cured paint: wet flat with abrasives P800 – P1000 or dry P600 – P800.
• Equipment cleaning: clean gun immediately after use with SYSTEM 20 thinner or gun wash
