Introducing UPOL Tiger Seal Black PU Adhesive Sealant 310ml

UPOL Tiger Seal is a one component ready to use polyurethane sealant and adhesive that bonds to most materials i.e. steel, aluminium and most plastics. Ideal for sealing and bonding body panels, trims and seams.

Key Features:

• Non shrinking
• Permanently flexible
• Can be overpainted
• Ready for use 1K formula
• Completely and permanently seals and bonds body panels, trim and seams
• Use to seal around windows, doors and lights and more
• Use a standard caulking gun with the cartridge
• Moisture-cured formula can be tooled and over-coated immediately
• Resistant to temperatures from 40C to +90C (up to +120C for short intervals)

Application:

• Tools required: Tool with water only.
• Firstly, apply with a standard cartridge caulking gun or pneumatic version at approximately 108 PSI (6 bar).
• The materials to be bonded should be pressed firmly
• Otherwise, mechanically fixed together within the skin formation time
• Some applications may need to be fixed mechanically until complete cure is obtained.

Important Note

• Once opened, exposure to air will initiate curing of the remaining adhesive in the cartridge.
• Therefore, use within 3 days of opening
• Once opened, securely apply aluminium foil to both the tip and base of the cartridge to maximize the longevity of the adhesive.
