If your panel has minor damage (scratches or scuffs), add sandpaper to your order. This will allow you to achieve the best finish.

• x2 Tack Cloths
• x1 1” Masking Tape
• x1 2” Masking Tape
• x1 Scotch Pad
• x2 Gloss Black Aerosols

OPTIONAL: x2 p320, x2 p500, and x2 p800 discs

INSTRUCTIONS:

[If the panel has minor damage like scratches or scuffs and peeled paint]

Use the sandpaper to achieve a smooth finish. Start with 320 grit, then use 500 and finish with 800.

Now you’re ready to start!

1- Clean the panel thoroughly removing dust and dirt.

2- Apply masking tape around the outside of the panel you wish to paint, then a large disposal bag or newspaper around 50-100cm outwards from the painting area to avoid overspray onto the car.

3- Use the grey scotch pad on the panel until all shine is removed and it looks dull.

4- Clean the panel with the tack cloth to remove all dust from scotching

5- Shake the Gloss Black aerosol can thoroughly and spray the first coat. Apply a light coat as this is for coverage.

[TOP TIP : Touch the masking tape to see if the paint has dried ]

6- Apply a 2nd and 3rd coat if needed until you achieve a gloss finish. Wait for a touch-dry finish between coats.(touch the masking tape to see if the paint has dried)
