Contains everything you’ll need to prepare your wheels before painting. Whether it be light or medium damage, you can restore your alloys ready to paint.
Also used for repainting grills, mirror covers, and spoilers to name a few.

- x4 240 grit, x4 320 grit, x4 600 grit sandpaper discs
- x2 tack cloths
- x1 scotch pad
- x1 etch primer
- x2 gloss black aerosols
INSTRUCTIONS:
If the wheel has minor curb rash damage, scratches, and peeled paint you can use this kit to repair your wheels. If the damage is heavier use a filler to repair heavy defects, then use this kit.
1- Clean the wheels with water and any cleaning products you may have.
2- Use the red scotch pad around the areas of the wheel you wish to paint.
3- Sand any damaged areas of the wheels with 240 grit sandpaper removing minor curb rash, deep scratches, and peeled paint. After this use 320 then 600 grit sheets.
4- Remove the centre cap and bolt covers if they are on the wheel, then clean the wheel with a tack cloth.
5 –
[Wheel is off the car] – Mask the wheel ensuring the tyre is covered to prevent overspray. You can use cards or tape to cover the tyre and newspaper or a large bag to mask surrounding areas. Remember to mask the air valve!
[Wheel is on the car] – Mask the wheel ensuring the tyre is covered. You can use cards or tape to cover the tyre. After this ensure to cover over surrounding bodywork to prevent overspray. Usually covering 1 meter from the edge of the tyre to the bodywork is sufficient. Remember to mask the air valve!
6- Apply the Etch Primer ensuring to cover areas where you sanded.
7- Apply the Gloss Black paint. Usually 1-2 coats is enough. Allow 5 to 10 minutes between coats.
